The apartment itself was spacious and tastefully decorated, providing a comfortable setting for relaxation.However, I couldn't overlook certain aspects that detracted from the overall experience. The lack of proper maintenance in some areas, such as broken furniture on the balcony, non-functioning power outlets, and issues with the bedding arrangements, raised concerns about attention to detail and guest comfort. While the presence of amenities like a seasonal outdoor pool and free Wi-Fi were appreciated, the inconsistencies in service left room for improvement.In terms of facilities, the hotel could benefit from enhancing services like grocery shopping assistance, ironing facilities, and ensuring all amenities are in working order. The addition of a dedicated dining area and improved kitchen equipment would also elevate the guest experience.Considering the price paid for the stay, there is room for the property to align better with the value it presents. A focus on enhancing the overall maintenance and service quality would elevate the hotel's offering and provide guests with a more enriching and seamless experience.
